Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Electrical Manager to lead our residential electrical operations team. This position is responsible for overseeing field electricians, managing residential installation and service projects, ensuring code compliance, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. This role bridges the gap between office and field, focusing on team leadership, client satisfaction, and job profitability.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive residential electrical experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Salary - $90,000 to $100,000

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of field service technicians. 

• Schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs efficiently and fairly. 

• Monitor job progress, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. 

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing service concerns promptly and professionally. 

• Implement service policies, procedures, and quality control standards. 

• Manage parts inventory, equipment tracking, and fleet maintenance. 

• Analyze service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. 

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of technicians. 

• Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure smooth transitions and communication. 

• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry codes, safety regulations, and company policies. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of codes and residential electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
