We are currently in search of an HVAC Install Manager. 

Salary: $100k to $150k

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team and oversee day-to-day operations of HVAC system installations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, managing crews, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise residential HVAC installation crews
• Schedule and coordinate installation jobs to maximize efficiency
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, local codes, and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and evaluate installation technicians
• Conduct job site inspections and quality control checks
• Communicate with customers to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth project flow
• Maintain inventory, tools, and equipment for installation teams
• Monitor job costs, labor efficiency, and overall performance metrics

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential required)
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and local codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA Certification required

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE certification
• Experience with load calculations and system design
• Familiarity with dispatching or field service software (Service Titan)
