Harris is currently in search of an experienced Customer Service Rep!
Pay rate: starting at $17/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver 5-star customer service on every inbound and outbound interaction—our customers are the reason we do what we do
- Professionally handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups to convert conversations into booked opportunities
- Accurately collect, verify, and document customer information in all systems
- Take ownership and pride in the quality, accuracy, and consistency of your work
- Communicate with customers through phone, live chat, email, portals, and other electronic platforms
- Actively manage customer satisfaction by completing happy calls, sending follow-up communications, and responding to reviews when assigned
- Take full ownership of the customer experience from first contact through resolution
- Collaborate as part of a team that shares ideas to improve call flow, processes, and the overall customer experience
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt every day
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally on inbound and outbound calls
- Proficient typing skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems and applications
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and proper documentation
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Positive, optimistic attitude with a people-first mindset and strong customer focus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly, collaborate, and work well on a team in a fast-paced call center environment
