Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company located in NJ, PA and DE. Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system.
You will provide clerical and administrative support to the branch office, working closely with the management and technician team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist owner is daily office tasks
- Positive attitude
- Serve as the main point of contact for all service inquiries from our customers
- Serve as a point of contact for technicians and dispatch in accordance with the order/scheduled work orders for the day.
- Complete daily billing for branch office, ensuring all customers are charged in accordance with individual contracts.
- Order parts and track shipments.
- Provide administrative/clerical assistance during large and small projects, including maintenance of schedules and project spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Ability to stay focused in a fast paced, fluid environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $17/hr.
