The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with record-keeping, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and general HR tasks. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and excellent organizational skills.

Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations

Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Help organize employee engagement activities and company events
Assist with other administrative and HR tasks as needed
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
