We are currently hiring for a Drains and Excavation Manager.

The Role:
The Drains and Excavation Manager provides leadership, coordination, supervision, and oversight of the performance of the company’s Drain/Sewer department. The Manager often acts as a client interface and problem solver. As a manager, you will exercise responsibility for developing and managing department operations within the entire company as well as guiding and instructing new and existing personnel. This individual will be responsible for overall effectiveness and profitability of the department(s). This is an opportunity to lead a team of great people toward great results. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operational leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing all aspects of the profit and loss of a department.
  • Responsible for leading department towards set production, revenue, tech generated leads and gross profit goals.
  • Ensure new team members are oriented to the expectations of the Company.
  • Assess the competency and capability of personnel by providing coaching and training.
  • Evaluate the capability and results ensuring that personnel meet quality workmanship standards and expectations.
  • Experience with hiring, training, and managing team members.
  • Set and maintain work standards and outline behavioral expectations to ensure employee morale and productivity.
  • Maintain a record of achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Delegate responsibility and maintain follow up for assessment of results.
  • Promote, support, and facilitate teamwork and foster a positive environment.
  • Proven experience as a Department Manager or similar executive role

Compensation: Excellent salary and bonus plan based on experience: Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + achievable bonus program.
